Complaint Review: International PSI Sarah Ward

So this would have to be about one of the most deceptive jobs ive ever seen. They lie from the beginning of the so called interview process the first step is a phone call. This is your first red flag they set up the interviews at weird times and they are always interviewing and notice that there are no employees there.... The next step is a so called all day interview no not really try you working well lying for free. Later that day they call you and say you got the job. PEOPLE QUIT HERE if you havent already

The next day you work also known as training or lack there of you go be a door to door salesman again caz tgats all you really are. You are no way shape or form manager of anything except your car. But you go out to the so called territories and start doing "business" sales for tmobile. Ok pause it there this is the biggest red flag of them all oneTmobile which i do have and this is no against them in anyway at all. But they have a business division however, it can be done in a retail store business onwers so go there. Youll know what your getting honestly or call the 1800 number on Tmobiles website and talk with actually employees of Tmobil. Next while your in training you dont learn a thing because THERE IS NO TRAINING they have a book for orientation but if youve done sales before its worthless. Then the next red flag is pay if you look at indeed.com youll notice it says 29000 a yr plus however, 500 a week will not add up to 29000 a yr and the pay scale is rediculous because it makes no sense and doesnt add up to anything they say. And i forgot they say only the business division can buy people out if contracts thats a huge lie caz they bought me out of mine they do have the same deals in the store if not better so that 2 for 2. And lets strike them out Tmobile waives shipping for businesses no matter what and taxes as well because its a write off. So International PSI dont lie and Tmobil does bot have a marketing division thats why they have commercials hint hint.

And Sarah Ward is the rudest most unintelligent person ive ever met now i chew tobacco i understand people find that gross i do. However when its in a dark colored bottle and you cant tell at all because i have mints in my mouth as well to hide the smell. And i brush my teeth afterwards youll never know. Anyway she comes up to me and outright insults me by saying i have no common sense and i must be lacking in that department because you cant "smoke" in buildings. Well this is why shes not very smart you can chew tobacco wherever you want there is no law stating you can you wont cause someone else to have cancer. But she will allow her friend Bobby to smoke a pipe in her office sweetheart now thats definitly illegal caz you cannot smoke in buildings except your house.

This is also a major kicker too i still havent gotten paid for the week i worked there when i was supposed to for completing training not like you can sell things in training even though i did. And worked 42 hours that week and did not receive one dime for it oh wait had a friend stay and still did not get his training pay and had to wait 4 weeks for his first paycheck. And they also dont reimburse you for gas i spent 50 a day for gas wheres is my 117 that you owe me PSI oh i forgot you didnt work for that gas lmao.

Overall if you want to work for free be talked down to and enjoy outwardly lying to people this is your job conpletely. But if you dont keep looking i know its hard but you can do it i did. Keep your head up but dont work here so many complaints i wish i would have researched more before i took this job caz alot of people found help on the site.
