If there is any doubt to whether or not this is a legitimate company all you have to do is read the Florida State Statute 501.601 Anybody would be able to tell in about a minute that their telemarkting scheme is illegal and their contracts are not legal.

I work for a timeshare relief company, we battle these "timeshare resale" companies and offer the service of getting these individuals who have paid these companies a refund and we get them out of their time altogether. These companies are in fact fraud, they only sell 5% of the timeshares that they advertise, and most of the time they're only bought out by the owners of the companies so that they look a little bit legitimate. There is no resale market for a timeshare, so don't pay any of these companies! If you'd like to get out of your time and get a refund, this company can help you..

Judging by the style of comment that you left using all caps and not using proper punctuation, it seems to me that maybe you are the drug addict which was laid-off by this perfectly legitimate company. You are saying that within a few months this company will no longer exist. Well here it is almost half a year after you posted this comment still operating fine. It is disgusting how far a disgruntled employee will go to discredit their former employer who gave them the chance to succeed. From what I understand, the other companies you mentioned had some difficulties maybe because of employees like yourself and now we have International Resort Solutions to clean up their mess. I have not had any difficulties using International to market and sell my timeshare and they worked with me from day one. Once I signed with them I was taken under their wing and they pretty much held my hand through the process of selling my timeshare. Since, I have listed with AMG in the past and since they closed recently International helped me not only get my money back from them but also sold my timeshare. So Mr. Disgruntled Employee I would like to know what you have to say to that...

Anyone out there that reads this complaint should understand that this is not a customer complaining. It is an upset ex-employee. We are a great company with excellent customer satisfaction. This is an absolute lie and should not have been a valid complaint and should not of been allowed to be posted without credible evidence. We have absolutely no relations with AMG. Universal or Creative Vacations.
