Complaint Review: International Sattelite Communications

Two phone calls (17 minutes each, cost of each call: $63.55) & two incomplete calls (went to voice mail, no message left, cost of each call:$24.79 ) from 14082480875(London Heathrow airport regular pay phone) cost me $176.68.

The call were made from a regular pay phone where it doesn't say that it's a Sattelite phone. While calling it asked for credit card but never said how much the cost of the calls will be. It's almost impossible to break through automated menus and get a live operator.

I talked twice with International Sattelite Communications recently and after telling them that I am going to complain to Govt authoritries, they agreed to reduce only $70.66 from the ridiculously high amount of $176.68. I didn't accept.
