What looks like a regular payphone at the main hall in the airport is actually a money making machine operated by the above stated "provider"
Nowhere are the rates posted so customers can be warned they are about to be ripped off.
I made a phone call to a home phone in London. The call was dropped within 5 - 8 seconds. Charge: USD 11.46. International Satellite Communications say they charge USD 11 for the first 3 minutes. I wonder why the call was lost????
Second call: duration: 1 - 2 minutes. Charge: USD 11.49
The Authority at Heathow International Airport is responsible for operating with these THIEVES.
How can this be happening? How can they blatantly steal people's money and still continue to operate?
