I made a quick phone call from the Airport in Madrid ,to my son in Morocco, I was told the rate was $25 dollars for the first 3 minutes,and then $2.99 for the following minutes ,their record shows that I talked 5 minutes ( which I also dispute ),I was charged $82.00 dollars to my credit card...if anyone does the math,the right amount should have been $39.95....I talked to someone at InternationalSatellite Communications,and ,as a big favor,they will only charge $49.41...are there regulations with these companies that are ripping off people all over the world?????
