Complaint Review: International Satellite Communications

My brother was involved in a serious accident in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. This organization charged me $42 to make 3 calls from a Mexican phone to America that each lasted less than thirty seconds. I did not connect to any of the persons I was trying to reach (my parents).

I called the company to dispute the charges. They said they could offer me a discount of $16 on each call. I said that was unacceptable. The charges were beyond the pale of reason. Having done some research on the California Secretary of State website, they have had their operations suspended. I am disputing the charges through their website and, frankly, this dishonesty and shysterness must be stopped.
