International Satellite Communications It's 2009, phone calls don't cost that much!! Nationwide
I used a payphone at the Amsterdam airport for a 2 minute phone call to Russia. When I looked at my AMEX statement, I saw that I was charged $63! When I called the company, the rep told me that they would not provide me with a copy of the receipt for "security purposes" and that they charge a minimum of 5 minutes for every call no matter for long and a connection fee of "up to $15". Having AMEX investigate. I hope they realize that this is a total scam and close their merchant account. How do these people sleep at night?
