International Satellite Communications ripoff California
I spent a weeks holiday in Chamonix/France over Christmas which I really enjoyed. Unfortunately since returning to the UK I have been charged 159.87 for four phone calls to the UK made using the pay phones in Chamonix/France. When I asked in the Chamonix tourist information I was told that using my credit card would cost the same as using a pre-paid phone card. This sadly is not the case. The company that has made the charges is called International Satellite Communications, and they charge 15 dollars per call plus over 3 dollars per minute.
