The letter implied an entitlement. Property in my name being held and awaiting a filing fee for release. The documents were not clear as to whom or why such entitlement would be available to me, so i should have known better. The filing fee was 29.95, and I thought it was pretty straight forward that the filing fee would release the entilement property. But I did not know I was entering the Canadian lottery. Now they claim I am playing the game and have asked for more money.

I said I would be investigating them, the check ahd already been cashed too. Now I haven't heard from them at all.

i've already filed with the Canadian Council BBB, and I realize I am at fault for sending the check, but I was tricked and now I fear that they have my banking info.
