Complaint Review: International Society of Poets

My sister just contacted me from Colorado about the contest my niece won and the convention at Disney World. We had planned a family vacation around it--sent news to all the relatives etc. but when she sent me the info about cost (I expected them to pay some portion of the expenses--after all, she was an award recipient), I was suspicious.

I did some checking and my suspicions were confirmed--of course, too late, my sister is out alot of money. My question is: Has anyone actually attended one of these conventions or do they even exist?? How can Disney allow their name to be connected to these frauds??
