I had this roof installed in 1993. A couple of years later I needed to contact them about cleaning it and that the color was fading but hit a brick wall. 




I have tried their Canadian numbers and Woodinville, Wa. I'd love to know how the reach them in case there is a problem in the future. Now, I just let the color fade & the roof get dirty. What else besides re-roofing can I do?



Help. If anyone knows how to each them, PLEASE, tell me.
