International Supplements Charge to card, never sent product, not track order number, Internet

I put my order and my card was charged with cost. They never sent email with track order number. They never sent any product. They respond my email and told me about pickup my package on postal office and the package doesnt exist. They never refund my money.

I received the package....
after several calls to 1-702.405.8371 number, a man attend my call and he send the order....
I should be honest and he attend my call with respect and give me a solution....
I received 1 bottle more of product according my initial order (with overcharge on my card), so, I dont want to continue with this issue and I will retain the product to avoid the lost of time to request the refund....
