Bought a 7" Single Din Car DVD Player with Bluetooth and GPS in March 2008. Unit had failed 3 weeks later. I was told to send it back to ITA for repairs. I confirmed with the support team that they had received the faulty unit. 1 month later they advised that the unit was being sent back to the manufacturer for repairs. Since then, every communication I've had with the company has produced new excuses, new replacement dates etc.. To date I have not seen my replacement/repaired unit. Company fails to respond to any requests.

Please do not buy from this company unless you plan on headaches like me. Look at their history in EBAY - (((link redacted))) - 33 negative feedbacks in 1 month - 142 negative feedbacks in the last 6 months. Negative feedback includes Faulty items delivered, late delivery, faulty goods not replaced, etc..etc..etc.. Read them all and be shocked at what EBAY lets them get away with.

This company knows how to play the game and gets away with it.

I'm angry at the company and angry with Ebay for not doing anything about it. Having them delisted from Ebay would be a great start towards ensuring consumer protection.
