I purchased a GPS unit off eBay from this Merchant, and within 2 weeks it broke.

I sent an email to the seller and they said to return the item, which I did via registered post. This was sent back on the 5th of June 2008.

Still to this day, after numerous emails and attempting to call the seller, I have not gotten a refund or a replacement.

I do not recommend buying anything from this seller, because if it breaks you will never get a replacement.

iTa always honor their warranty terms and conditions.

Before you complain about anything, or even purchase anything in the first place, you need to know how much warranty you are getting.

The warranty ranges from 30 days to 5 years.

If your item is under warranty we always get to your item, though it may not be instant.

We are pretty sure we have sent you your replacement or resolved your issue.
The fact that we told you to send it back shows that it would've been under warranty.

DO email us at customerservice@iTaDirect.com.au if you still have any questions, instead of posting messages elsewhere as that won't help get your item fixed.
