International Transaction Services ripoff Mississauga Ontario
I recieved A letter stating that I was entitled to a grand payment on 1,146,565.oo on 4/13/05. It had enclosed a form 3010 and a request for a transaction fee of 26.00. I would like to know if this offer is legitimate.
