Complaint Review: International Transfer Company Aka ITC Aka Nick Song

Hello, I had placed an order worth $3000 from International Transfer Company Inc. aka ITC, Inc. located at Red Lion, PA. on 05/28/04 and wired payment on 06/01/04.

Nick Song who is the owner of ITC Inc promised products will deliver to me within 10 days; I have received $300 worth products after 2 weeks and have been waiting the rest of the products for 2 months. Per our conversation on 07/02/04, he promised $2700 refund will send to my account within a week, but nothing has happened. I have been email and calling him many times but no one will email me or calling me back.

I am worrying he is a scam now and tries to open a case against him. I really do not know what to do to get my money back. Thanks for your help.
