I found out that the AZ Attorney General filed a consumer fraud lawsuit against International Travel Connection and other companies. You should file a complaint with the AZ Attorney General at www.azag.gov.

ITC uses a NY mail box but they are actually located in Phoenix. They sell travel websites and advertising via telemarketers that promises you can earn lots of money selling travel, but the earnings never appear.

To answer Lynette's question, yes, this is the same operation.

I worked for Brent Emerson and Jay Scott Howard earlier this year. They were working out of offices in San Diego, California, and Scottsdale, Arizona, using the business names Marketing Associates, International Travel Brokers, Travel Brokers, Internet Travel Connection, Independent Travel Program, WebBuilders, and T&L Marketing Services.

The Montgomery Street address is a private mailbox service. According to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, Emerson et al do not even maintain a box there.

Their sales tactic is to cold-call people from "sucker lists" drawn from Internet sources (those long questionnaires you fill out when you want to win a free iPod or something). These people are subjected to a single, two-hour-long sales pitch, closing when the person gives their credit or debit card number. The person is told that they have a 110% money-back guarantee to reassure them that this impulse purchase is safe.

If the telemarketer is too busy to call you back, he's not to be trusted.

I just wanted to know if International Travel Brokers are the same as International Travel Connection, Independent Travel Program. I think I have been scammed as well. I suspected after receiving my package, I was told that someone would call me in about a week to see if I had any questions. Apparently, no one called back and of course the phone number that I used to call them does not work. That is when I suspected I was scammed. The company uses this address:

International Travel Broker
1750 Montgomery St., 1st Floor
San Francisco, CA 94111

phone# 866-465-7198
fax# 866-732-6427

If you think it is related to the same company, I would like to know.

This company has changed it's name and websites twice over the last year. Main websites are/were. Their current business name is Independent Travel Program

http://www.itravelb.com

Previous to that, their company name was The Travel Connection

http://www.itntoday.com

Also, they use a website called http://www.usbizranks.com to point potential customers to show the credibility of their business. This looks like an independent business ranking website. However, they own/run and maintain it and modify it everytime they change their company/name/website. The awards they list are false. Click on the mobile company, it's not even a real company.

This is the same company that was selling pharmacy websites under the following names.

National Pharmacy Network - nationalpharmacynetwork.com
The Home Pharmacy - www.thehomepharmacy.com
My Home pharmacy - www. myhomepharmacy.com
Internet Pharmacy Connection
Guaranteed Advertising
Pharmaceutical wealth Network
Premier Marketing Group
pharmacyregistration.com

The company does not own all the pharmacy listed above anymore. They change company names 2 -3 times a year.

Here is the link to the Lawsuit Filed against them in Arizona:
