This moving company prays on military Service members that only have a short time to make moves and make decisions. I got a quote from IVL that seemed reasonable at the time just to be told "it's just an estimate" only for it to increase by several thousand dollars. Our accounts representative also told us that the move would take seven business days. We were without our belongings for an entire month at my new duty station halfway across the country. Just make sure to pack enough underwear and deodorant because International Van Lines will cheat you out of house and home.

ON the day of the move, we thought someone from IVL would show up. Two men from Safeway Moving showed up and badgered, coerced, and bullied my wife into signing their "bill of lading". What we didn't know is that we signed for thousands of dollars more than we were quoted at. This was after our account rep.told us that they would measure our belongings and refund us the difference in cubic feet. Liars!

Then when our things finally did show up, we lost items and suffered over a grand in damages to our belongings. We found it disheveled, disorganized, and d**n near falling over in Mayflower double semi trailer. We even got someone else's belongings. I wouldn't trust these crooks to move a bag of potatoes.
