Complaint Review: International Volunteer Academy (IVA)

Well here is my story , i tried to join this academy as a volunteer.  and i talked to this guy Nicolae Cirpala. and he told me that he have an academy to help poor and orphan kids, and yes he need the support to do his work and he is taking donation for the kids blah blah and do internship for collie ..  

i asked if i can join him and come to russia and help with good work, and he sadi yes this is awesome.

As we arranged and he promised me to find me an apartment so I have a place to stay once I get there and he will do my visa for 1 year, and take care of all my needs …

to make the story short 

i bought my ticket and i went to Russia , the guy come and meet at the airport , he told me that he found a place for me to live once i get there. 

so he take me to an office that day. they take money from me and made me sign some papers as he translate to me  for the apartment 

then me and him was sent  to a spot in the street near the Moscow station to wait for the owner of the apartment to meet us and give me the key .

we were  stranded in the st from 8 pm till 11.30 no one showed up , no key no apt and no money .

and this guy was acting like he got scammed as me and he have no clue whats going on , 

i went to rent a hotel that night 

then the next morning this guy come and we talk about what happen  , then he tried to bull more money from me to rent another place and i refuse , i dont trust him any more.

i stayed  in the hotel and i start asking him about the academy and what we can do blah blah..

it turns this guy have no academy he doesn’t even have a job , hes not doing any charity work or helping anyone but him self..

this website IVacademy is fake.. only to scam ppl and take donation ,,, and i assure you all this money that ppl donate its is going to his bucket to support this scumbag worthless piece of s**t ,,

this is his job and this is what he do for living ..

before i come he said he will make me a visa for one year for $500 and when i asked him that morning how you will make me a work and stay visa under your academy name.. he said yes i can i did it before but not under this one under a different one i used to work at before, . WOW. really !!!!!
he said he is planning on opening this academy and he is looking for an office to open... i think he is just need an office to make his scam look more legit . hes is looking to open AN OFFICE .. NOT A PLACE FOR CHILDREN OR AN ACADEMY

 PLEASE PLEASE DONT NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID.. I WAS STRANDED IN RUSSIA I DONT KNOW ANY ONE , I CANT SPEAK RUSSIAN AND ALL THIS GUY CARE ABOUT HOW TO GET MONEY AND SPONGE IT OUT OF YOU  IN A NON DIRECT WAY ... HE WILL JUST TAKE YOU TO HIS FRIENDS TO RENT YOU A PLACE TO FIND HOTEL AND TO MAKE YOU VISA .. AND IF THE VISA COST 100 , THE OFFICE WILL ASK 700 TO DO IT FOR YOU , BECAUSE ITS PREARRANGED WITH HIM/

THIS IS THE GAME THEY PLAY ...  THIS GUY IS A SCUM BAG , NO JOB NO WORK HE DONT OWN NOTHING BUT HIS CELL PHONE AND HIS IPAD  PLUS THE FAKE WEBSITE HIS RUNNING TO TAKE DONTATION AND SCAM PPLL
