I have the dialog sent to me by their rude customer service.... even calling me a moron all because I emailed them and asked them what was wrong with their phone service. They cancelled my order that I had put in online and yet debited my card. I have posted the email exchange. I would like to be a part of getting their company into compliance. And would gladly be a part of any suit that could be brought against this company.

our line does not do that. our phone is fine. voice mail is for a reason- no one is available. not sure what is wrong with not having a sales person available? typical for a business with calls continuously coming in!

no one hangs up our line. try calling the right # your emails are beyond rude. i will void your order. you can shop elsewhere. you have some nerve. we are refusing service to you. how is THAT for running a business??
