Boy, did we make a mistake. Our business is the design
and manufacture of Custom Neon Clocks. For years we held a prominent position on Search Engines... Google and AOL. When Google changed their format, we virtually lost our ranking and disappeared from these 2 search engines.

Initially we had contact with Jose Honrado, sales. The
presentation was very convincing. He said some of the tech people used to work of Microsoft and they had expertise in getting our ranking back in 30 to 45 days after we gave them 15 key words. I emphasized that the words to find us is NEON CLOCK[S]. We paid our $1500 and had high hopes.

This process began in Janufary and it is almost the middle
of September. Although we received reports, we were
never in a prominent position using the key words I emphasized. We exchanged numerous emails, which I have on file.

Several month ago I asked Jason Carter for a refund. He
said we did not give it enough time and would I give them
2 more months. I agreed and he waived monthly fees.
That 2 month period is well over and I asked again for the $1500 refund. He said that is was discussed and we will not get our refund back. I threatened legal action. I know this will be a fight.

In the beginning I should have checked with the BBB in WA. We really got screwed but if I do not get my refund I certainly will proceed with legal action and discuss with the Attorney General's Office in WA. This Company is very unethical and should be put out of business for bilking so many individuals and companies.
