Raised price of used car to make my trade in worthless.Promissed over $2,200.00 voucher on mail flyer mailed to my home to add to trade in,never recieved voucher.My trade in had car alarm and pioneer stereo wit polk audio speakers.Internet Auto Rent & Sales ie,Adelle sales manager he also said he was the G.M also.They RIPPED ME OFF ROYAL.Told me 9% interest got home contract said 15.9%.
Went back next day Sat.Aug.16th said deals off i want my car back adelle said no ,nobody put a gun to your head he said,he said he could change the interest rate i walked out .I went over the following Mon.got new contract for 10.75% for six years instead of five years@ 15.9%.My Sister called them iternet auto rent & sales said if i would have told them if i wanted my car back i should have asked for my trade in back.
I filed a complaint with the B.B.B.Attorney Generals office,and Federal Trade Comm.I Also consulted a Lawyer.ALL you people the more compaints filed the faster we wil recieve justice. I called and let mountain america federal credit union know i talked to Janet,she said keep them posted.My 1st of 72 payments begins on Sept.29th.BBB-(208)-3424649,Attorney Generals Office(208)-334-2424,Federal Trade Comm.(1-877)-382-4357, (Mountain America Federal Credit Union 1-(801)325-6228.they financed this bogus car sale. On 9-22-08 the service dept. put in cd player and i talked service manager into letting me have my polk audio trunk speakers,he also installed those speakers (In the 2005 Dodge Neon from the 2004 Dodge Neon i traded in).
