Complaint Review: Internet Auto Rent & Sales

Internet Auto Rent & Sales in Boise Idaho sold me an overpriced used truck using many hard sell techniques. Once they had my money ( I paid cash) they kept the truck saying it needed a clutch and seat repair. Never heard from them again (louzy customer service).

When I contacted them in person, they said it had not been worked on because the trade in deal on that truck was not funded. Now they say it needs a new transmission.

They refuse to give me my money back, and keep promising that they will start work on the truck, but they never do. Buyer beware.
