This seller has failed to deliver the work paid to carry out. The reports were not forthcoming and the links randomly checked were not even present. I did request a refund, but was told the seller only would refund upto 14 days, which seems strange as the service is meant to be spaced over 6 months to get Google page 1 results.
This seller has scammed other buyers by not doing work paid for and then refusing to issue refunds.

I have spoken to the seller and it seems to have escalated from a lack of communication to posting on here.
Since speaking , we have come to an arrangement where we are working together to resolve this issue in a friendly and fruitful way.

The user who posted the above report is using various names like Dorothy Hobson, David Hobson, Oggyoi and email address oggyoi@yahoo.co.uk and url http://www.cheltenhamfestival-freebets.co.uk
After getting the work done he/she tried to take advantage of my refund policy. I clearly mentioned in the sales letter and in refund policy that I give evaluation period of 14 days. But after almost 60 days and after getting all the works completed, he/she asked for a refund.
I refused this and then he/she opened a dispute/claim in Paypal and I submitted all the proofs to Paypal to prove that I delivered the work. Paypal closed the dispute in my favor and in that frustration he/she had posted here.
His site is also scamming people by collecting and selling personal information.
