Complaint Review: InternetIshop

I purchased two laptops in September, only to find upon arrival that one was broken, and the other was broken and also was missing an internal wireless internet card that was part of the build promised. I attempted to contact the company in mid october to ship them back for replacement/repair only to find the phone disconnected and the website down.

I contacted my bank for a credit dispute and received a provisional credit pending the investigation of this company. I would suggest that each of you do the same, as well as contacting the California state attorney general to make a complaint, so that you will receive just compensation and the guilty company may be punished. The only way to ensure safe business practices on the internet, is to ensure that those who break the rules are levied fines and get what their actions warrant.
