Internet Opinion Group doesn't deliver although I have done my part. ripoff Mountain View California
On May 28 I signed myself up for the free ibook promised by Internet Opinion Group. By August 10, all 6 offers had been completed (offfer status: approved; gift status: confirmed) and I printed out all 6 gift certificates. I sent them off by USPS to Mountain View the next day.
In October I started contacting IOG. I filled out the web form with subject "Gift status"; I sent email to the address I had previously received emails from (support_tier1@internetopiniongroup.com), and I finally I sent a certified letter by USPS. In the last email/letter of Oct 31 I requested a response from them and suggested that I would seek legal counsel if I did not hear back from them within a week.
There has been no response whatsoever.
