I have called several times and written a letter regarding CDs that I did NOT order.
I've returned the first package sent in April. So far, no credit to my account. I am awaiting a return label for the second package - customer service claims it mailed one to me on June 12 but I have not received it more than a week later. Another charge has appeared on my credit card - despite clear instructions that I did not order and do not want any of their products
I have disputed all charges with the credit card company and have sent a complaint to the BBB in Philadelphia and the state's Attorney General.
Too much work! This company and its CEO Dan Roitman are internet predators.
