Pimsleur Approach advertises (on-line) a package of language learning software made by Simon and Schuster. A CD set can be purchased for $9.95 USD with a credit card. After a CD set has been delivered, the company begins charging the credit card every month. The company makes reaching "customer care" difficult. E-Mail is rejected. The zip code on the company's own correspondence it incorrect. Unauthorized charges were made on my credit card. I cancelled my credit card to prevent further charges. I then received a letter asking me to pay overdue "installment payments". I have an invoice from them showing I owe nothing to them.
