Complaint Review: Internet Speedway

I heard about this Company on a local radio station. They were to provide and on-line store that met my requirements. This Did Not Happen.

I paid them $2,985.00 for a turn key, top of the line store. This was what was agreed to during our phone planning session. It never happened. I contacted them on several occasions to provide my requirements. I finally went to a supervisor by the name of Russ H. (last enitial only) at russh@success.com He assured me that he would take care of the many problems and would get back to me soon. I sent him an E-mail outlining my needs. Again nothing happened.

I called several times and left messages but received no response. I then contacted the Support Unit at support@ispeedway.com and requested they cancel my Web-Site and refund my Money. I was told that there would be NO refund because I paid extra for an upgraded product.

Think Long and Hard before you use these people. THIS IS A RIP-OFF
