I sined up for a free trial of the product.The company needed $6.95 for shipping and handling.I never recieved the product as promised, when i checked my bank account last week I noticed a debit from ispeedway.com for $69.95. when I tried to contact them via phone I was continually put on hold and never did get to talk to a representative.

When I finally talked to a representative I told them that I didn't recieve my package and did not activate their product, and wanted a refund. This was their reply. "you have exceeded your trial time and did not cancel so we have billed you for the product" I said I never received the product. "the rep. told me that in fact I did have the product which was delivered as a downloadable link to my e mail".

So I asked why I was charged for shipping and handling and expected to receive the package by regular mail so why would I download from my email. "the rep. was very rude at this point and said that I wasn't under any uncertain terms going to receive a refund".

In my opinion this company rates right up there with a "Nigerian Scam" a "serious rip off and the employees that work there are no better.
