When I first set this up for the $9.95 deal - fine. The first call I made to customer support to get up and running turned out toe be a sales pitch to "upgrade" my package to $995, $1995, or $2995. I said no - I can't use this service. Just cancel it, and the guy said OK.

A lady called me back a couple days later to ask me how my "business" was going, and I told her I was not interested in continuing the program and just cancel it. (Shouldn't that be enough?)

So, now I get charged $59.99 every month for 5 months. I was told by "George" at Ispeedway that because I called the "SALES" Department instead of "Customer Suppport" that my account had not been cancelled. Here's another kicker - ISpeedway assigned billing to a third-party - Monterey Financial WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. In other words - this finance company (hired and contracted by Ispeedway) is now free to bang my checking account, and as soon as I refuse their charges, they will start the process of ruining my credit.

I filed a fraud report through Bank of America (They have been GREAT helping me on this one!) The BofA representative spent at least an hour on the phone with me, conference-calling Monterey Financial and Ispeedway people, running this whole thing down.

BTW - the "package" that Ispeedway sends you, which is technically what you are being billed for, is nothing more than promo materials and an infomercial on tape - all completely worthless.
