Several months ago I ordered a $9.95 DVD to enlighten myself on this, to good to be true, internet business. I received a telephone call from a telemarking representative who wanted me to spent several thousands of dollars to create a webb site for me so that I could sell their products.

Unfortunately I used my credit card and was required to give them my phone number. I told the telemarketer that I had no interest in his company. In November I received a charge of $69.99 for no service or anything I ordered. I called and eventually I got a credit for the $69.99 explaining that the charge was unauthorized. The following month I had another $69.99 charge for nothing. I cancelled my credit card and filed a written report of fraud with visa.

Now every single day I receive an automated call from their sister in crime Monterey Financial about what I owe. I tried to call Monteray but they were very rude and terminated the call . So now the harassment continues and soon I will file file a police report for fraud against Internet Speedway and Monteray Financial. Fraud with your credit card is a felony and the only thing missing is the gun!

I was taken about 3 years ago. I filed a report with "ripoff" also. I was able to get most of my $2000.00 back but not until I finally filed a report with the Better Business Bureau in Mesa, Arizona. An agent with BBB contacted me and I explained the situation. After back and forth via emails and phone calls I finally received most of my money back. I wanted it all but they would not budge. It's a rip off and government needs to step in and do something about these types of companies. They use names like "Ebay", Google, etc. to deceive consumers and it works for them.

You people need to do a whois search to find out who really is behind internet speedway and go for them. I was interested in the radio advertisement like everyone else that they hooked and so I googled the name and I found your complaints in Ripoffreport, I love this site. I did a wohis search and found some information for you people, follow this link since we are not allowed to post personal information here. http://whois.domaintools.com/internetspeedway.com
I am looking for a real opportunity myself and I have been had by people like this and I hate them all, that's why I'm making this post and I agree the government should get involved this is not as simple as buyer beware. But it takes something big like the mortgage collapse or stock fraud before our government even blinks!
