Internet Speedway ripoff, deceptive sales pitch, charged my credit card without consent Mesa Arizona
After responding to their radio offer, I agreed to spend $9.95 for their "free" information packet. I was told on the phone that if I did not activate my account I would not be charged any further monies.
I did not activate the account and was surprised to find a charge for $59.99 on my credit card. When I called I was told that since I did not reply within 30 days they charge would stand and they would not refund my money.
