My son who was 17 paid for the initial product, when he called within the first 30 days to cancel, all the company represenative did was discontinue his website. They kept up the automatic deductions from his checking account. We made numerous phone calls and interactive web based conversations. In an aurgumentative tone the company claimed "Could not cancel". Finally >$140.00 later my bank suggested that we close his account. Last night a customer service spokesperson called to ask about our satisfaction with the product and quickly hung up at our negative response. Consumers beware.
