They change their names when they communicate, and if you explain that you cannot afford their high prices, they mock and insult you for being poor. When I showed him this email, Bob literally choked on his coffee laughing. This was from the sales representation named Jim Ericson. The guy then made other insults and belittled our office and my family for telling him that we could not afford him. Jim Ericson was very disrespectful even though we were polite by taking the calls in the middle of the business day. I suggest hanging up on them if they call every time and avoid them. They are very impolite and obviously it's all about money with them and not common decency.
