Complaint Review: InternetSafety Software

Downloaded IamBigBrother software and paid with credit card. The software does not work. It does not monitor the programs it said it would......like the instant messenger programs. No support is available. Their website says to email for support but I keep getting an error message back in my inbox stating there is a problem getting the message through. They have no telephone number available either.
