The Company you are referring to is InterQuest. These people allegedly took 2 million dollars of "Travel Club" members money filed bankruptcy then reopened shop down the street as American Voyager Travel doing the same thing, and now I here they are going to change their name to avoid the bad publicity. With websites such as ripoff report it will be easy to link all of "front" the companies together.

I understand how things must have seemed 2 years ago..my husband and I were concerned too--we had not gotten call backs...and we were having issues with commission...but now that they've gotten some new managers in there...we've gotten our commissions check--which I can tell you was very important. We also have taken some "agent reduced" trips with Princess--I just wanted to let someone know...I have now renewed my faith in American Voyager --thanks to the new changes...we will be referring more of our friends to them too...give them a try..You'll see how big the changes are if you had problems before...

This post is signed with AVT's owner's name?

I have done extensive research on this company and find it very interesting that this poster of highly negative information would sign it with AVT's current owner's name. Does this make anyone else doubt the validity of its content? I signed up with AVT recently and had some issues with my program. I called their Corp HQ and detailed my concerns. I was pointed to a Beth Cochrane, who returned my call promptly and through negotiations over the next 2 days, AVT completely resolved my issue. I have seen posts that claim they duck calls and don't respond. This was not true for me and I am completely satisfied with the resolution we agreed to. I agree that the nature of their sales technique of giving away free trips and then going to a presentation with little time to make up your mind is somewhat disconcerting, but they were responsive and resolved my complaint with a definite sense of urgency and fairness.
