Intermodal Cargo Services is an Owner/Operators nightmare. They steal revenues from their DRIVERS. Mostly detention pay. They haul HAZMMAAT LOADS despite the fact they are not legally allowed to and do not have the proper Insurance to do so. The FMCSRR is already seeking an indictment against them for that. Thanks to me and a few others they have screwed.

You will also be required to exceed the hoours of service, and you are informed from day 1 to go around the scales whenever possible. When you finally get tired of their BS and quit, they will keep the last 2 weeks off your pay and any back wages they happenn to owe you as well.

Furthermore, Peter Hogan is a a Lawyer, and has all the local small-claim Judges in his back pocket, so if you go to small-claims without a Lawyer. you get a written decision in the mail because the Judge is ashamed to announce it in Court. They also operate as US INTERMODAL, The Panther Group, ICS, and Med Shipping. Bunch of low-life gutter-scum.
