Interstate Distributor Co ripoff reporting incorrect driving record mistreated and ripped off Tacoma Washington
Company says I have a poor safety record with only one preventable accident.
Reported wrong information to potential employers and now they won't hire me.
Blamed me for a truck fire that was due to their own lack of maintenence.
Refuse to give me a written reason for termination even tho Washington State law say they have to!

You have a right to challenge any reports made to the DAC. If what you claim is true, then have you fought back? Interstate Distributor has a GREAT reputation among drivers.
I do not work for Interstate and never have. But I know the industry. Often drivers choose to blame the carrier when their own actions have caused the predicament.
Most drivers feel they have been wronged when in fact, the carrier is responsible for every death or injury caused by one of their own drivers and MUST be pro-active. There are drivers who are wrongly terminated and I hope they get justice. More more times than not it comes down to driver carelessness.
