My disabled  mother purchased a car with 30,000 miles from interstate mitsubish for 15000 cash.  She had a payment plan for an extended warranty she was paying on.  she took the car there for a new radiator that had a small leak and they said she needed a new head gaskit so she called her insurance company and they paid. She had the car towed there ,no driving at all. Then interstate mitsubishi called and said she needs a new cylender head. Once again called the insurance company and they paid.  A few thousand miles later her whole engine was destroyed, pistons, cylenders rods bearings ect. everything garbage. She asked about the extended warranty she was paying on and they said they dont have payments on them they have to be paid in full. ( So why did they have her writing them checks for and extended warranty ?)

Anyways interstate mitsubishi blamed everyone except there self. ( insurance company for not doing recomended work, Mitsubishi Motors for faulty parts and her.) My mother called the attorney generals office and they talked to everyone needed and tried to talk to the mechanics and service manager but interstate had already fired them because they sent her a paper stateing that the engine failed probably because the work was not done right ! The attorney generals office told interstate Mitsubishi they needed to pay and all interstate mitsubishi did was egnore the attoryney generals office. The arrorney generals office believe they are responcible

Whenever she tries to call and talk to someone about this at interstate mitsubishi they say there not available.

There are tons of paperwork, paperwork from the service tech and mechanics saying the only thing that could of happend quote ( "radiator fluid got in her oil when they did the repairs and caused pitting everywhere in the engine") causing everything to fail and get destroyed.

I dont know about you but they have horrable service for everything. They lie and cause much pain for a disabled lady that cant make it to all her dr appointments when needed because they destroyed a newer car that she paid 15 grand for in cash.

Beware of Interstate Mitsubishi !!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so I talked to the insurance company about this and about what interstate mitsubishi told me, that interstate mitsubishi claimed that the insurance company denied a recomendation for a new cylender head.  The insurance company said they were not responcable.  I went in to interstate mitsubishi and talked to Joe Bizzaro and he told me that he told the insurance company that the car needed a new cylender head and that they never put one on the cars engine because they ( the insurance company|)  denied it. Joe Bizzaro also told me that the cars engine would of never got destoyed if they had put a new cylender head on it , only if it was a mechanics poor work if they did end up putting a cylender head on it.  Well I called  the insurance company and they did have them put a new cylender head on the car.  The mechanic stated on the paper work that when they DID put a new cylender head on the car that the only possability was that they got coolant into the oil pitting the bearings causing the whole engine to go! ok so its right there on paper from there own mechanic that the only possability for the whole engine getting destroyed was when they put the new cylender head on the car that coolant got into the oil pitting the bearings!  what else do i have to show to get this car fixed.  It was admitted on there own paper work from the mechanic???????? ONLY POSSABILITY !

Theres more.   When the insurance company paid for the labor ( paid for) Interstate Mitsubishi charged my mother for it to! Double dip?  Isnt that some kind of fraud?  Theft by deception?  WHAT IS GOING ON HERE????

I have talked to the insurance company and The Owner of Interstate Mitsubishi and are starting to get things rolling ,  it looks like it is going to be a smooth ride from here on out. Everyone seems to be working together to get this incovience taken care of.  Joe Bizarro of Interstate Mitsubishi is working with me and the insurance company doing everything he can to help get this car back on the road.

Well its Augest 18 2010 and almost 2 weeks ago Interstate Mitsubishi had called the police and told them that my mother had abandend her car there and that she needed to pick it up.  The police officer was told that the engine was in the car.  She had it towed to her home for another expence of her own. When I got there and looked at it there was no engine, no transmission, battery, all kinds of parts were missing. Another inconvience... yet again.

I called Interstate Mitsubishi and talked to Joe Bizzaro and he said he would find out where these parts are.

He had called me back and we discussed how to get this resolved.  He told me that he had told the insurance company that he had recomended some work that the insurance company denied.  I talked to the insurance company and they told me to have him get in touch with them.  I called and left a message because I was told he was in  a meeting....  He called me later that night and left a message on my phone that he would be out of town for the next few days.  I called today and talked to him and he told me that he had called state farm and left a message for someone.  I called state farm right after I spoke with Joe Bizzaro and they told me that nobody from insterstate mitsubish has called there.  They told me that there would of been no reason for him to leave a message because there is hundreds of agents available to talk to him when he would have called and that he was probably just trying to drag this out longer.

I also paid for an ASE Certified Tech/ASE Master Tech to  listen to the problem I have all the information that was stated to my mother on a paper they had sent her and he said "

" Ok this is all the dealers fault from the beginning. They should have diagnosed it correctly.  Have you contacted the insurance company again? They most likley left a socket in there when doing the work or did not tighten somthing or left something loose or the timing was off. It is there fault and you should not pay. You will win in court so hold your ground. Hope this helped. "

Ok so everyone ( attorney generals office, insurance company, master techninians, and even the original mechanic that stated that the only possibilty was that this happend because of the original work) that I talk to says they are responsable.  I will now put some pics up of the car that has an engine in it ! lol no not really theres no engine or nothing.  Evidence? I dont know... and I will be putting this up on facebook, myspace, and even a video on youtube on here in the next couple days because this is totally unexceptable and nobody should have to go threw this.

One word BULLSH*

If they are claiming this lie as truth they've just admitted they caused the Failure, problem here is "Radiator Fluid" is NOT CORROSIVE, so the whole thing is a flat lie from the first word.

If there is "Radiator Fluid" In the crankcase with the oil there's a head gasket failure, or a cracked cylinder head (While a cracked block IS possible, it's very rare).
