Mary Hansen with Interstate Mortgage Services stole commissionable fees from a the purchase of a home. After posing as a realtor to gain the trust of our company and suggesting a lender and title company that would trust her to deliver a broker check to us, Mary fled with the proceeds. While one of true loan officers on the deal had already made plans to buy a plane ticket home for the holidays, that's where the real injustice comes in.

In the loan business there has to be levels of trust from borrowers to realtors and realtors to loan officers. This trust was broke when a selfish act of stealing unearned pay was demonstrated by Mary Hansen I hope the best for anyone who comes in contact with Mary Hanson, professionaly and personaly and suspect this kind of behavior is typical of Mary Hansen in the future. In the loan business it takes one bad person to give the rest a bad name, that one bad person is Mary Hansen with Interstate Mortgage Services, out of Gilbert, AZ.

I THINK THAT IT IS ONLY FAIR THAT "SHAWN FROM GLENDALE" MAKE IT VERY CLEAR THAT HE IS THE MAMAGER FOR A COMPETITIVE COMPANY KNOWN AS HOME CAPITOL FUNDING- AS HE COULD NOT MAKE FINANCING FOR HIS CLIENT HE SHOULD HAVE IN GOOD FAITH PAST THE LOAN ON- INSTEAD OF TELLING THE CLIENT HE COULD NOT DO IT AND THEN ATTEMPTING TO COLLECT MONEY FOR WHAT HE COULD NOT DO!!!

THE MOST UNFORTUNATE THING HERE IS THE THE CLIENT IS IN THE MILITARY AND WITH THE WORLD THE WAY IT IS WE SHOULD BE BENDING OVER BACKWARDS TO HELP THESE PEOPLE AND NOT WALKING AWAY AND TURNING OUR BACKS ON THEM- I HAVE AN EMAIL DIRECTED TO ME FROM THE CLIENT STATING THAT HE IS VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL INTERSTATE AND I DID FOR HIM AND THAT IN HIS MIND IF IT WAS NOT FOR PEOPLE LIKE US HE WOULD NOT HAVE A HOME TODAY-- I AM NOT SURE HOW HIS BROKER WORKS BUT IN OUR WORLD IF YOU CAN NOT DO THE BEST FOR YOUR CLIENT THEN YOU PASS HIM OWN SO HE CAN REACH HIS GOAL-- AFTER ALL HE IS THE MAIN CONCERN--OR SHOULD BE--
IF THIS COMPLAINT CAME FROM THE CLIENT I WOULD BE CONCERNED- BUT IN THIS CASE IT CAME FROM A COMPETITOR AND EVERYONE IN THIS BUSINESS KNOWS THAT THE FUNDS ARE MADE OUT TO THE COMPANY AND NOT ANY ONE INDIVIDUAL-- SO IT WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO HAVE FLED WITH THE MONEY- WE HAVE OUR DOCUMENTATION-- DOES HE?-- I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO CALL TO ATTENTION THAT THE SPELLING OF THE NAMES CHANGE IN HIS REPORT AND THAT HE HAS TOLD OF MANY THINGS THAT ALL KNOW ARE IMPOSSIBLE TO HAPPEN.
MAYBE THE REPORT SHOULD BE FILED ON THEM?
