Complaint Review: Interstate National Dealer Services

I bought my warranty from interstate through AW Autopro who is now out of bussiness so i can't get a refund my motor in my 1999 ford windstar interstate is using every excuse in the book to avoid paying my claim and when you call them no one can give you a straight answer the cost a motor is1880.00 they ony want to pay 1650.00 and want me to pay for a tear down without telling me if i will get reinburst the extra 500.00 it will cost on top that they won't even tell me who's handling the claim what a nightmare looks like i'm out 2430.00 and my van so much for peice of mind
