Complaint Review: Interstate roofing Scott Riopelle

In short, they hire everyone on as independent contractors. They force you to go meetings at certain times. If you dont go they harrass you and embarrass you in front of everyone. They promise to help you out with money and a truck wich is a con to get you to stay. The owner Scott says racist, derogitory, sexist, and homophobic things during big meetings. They take made up fees that you never agreed to from your comission checks. I have had received less than a grand from all the roofs I've sold. They hold off on your builds in hope that you leave so that as soon as you leave they take over your accounts. I have seen several peopel come and go because of this scam. Many going under and supposedly owing to the company. I hadnt even left and they began to take over my accounst and lock me out online from accessing them. They lie as to when you will get paid.
