It is one thing for a company to charge for services to be rendered and for the outcome of those sevices to result in nothing. That's essentially what Interval Realty Services does. They take your money and post your property for sale on their web site. Plain and simple.

In my case they chose to commit clear FRAUD by not following the terms and conditions of their own contract. I never signed the contract and upon my review of the contract I promptly requested a refund of my fee pursuant to the terms of their own contract. They even promised verbally and in writing on several occassions to refund my fee.

Here's why their business works. They in essence run a call shop 24/7. Dialing for dollars as fast as they can. Recognizing that most people are not going to pursue a small claims court action for $400 or $500 dollars. Furthermore, even if you won the judgment it would be your responsibility to collect from them. They even use Interval in their name to deceive you and to make you believe that they are affiliated with Interval International which is a reputable vacation exchange network. If they collect $500 from 100 people per day, five days a week that equals $12,000,000 per year! These people will only be stopped from a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!!

Thank you for your interpretation of our business practices. We always value the unique perspective of the timeshare owner, although typically similar to this string, its usually just a tad bit one sided.

Let me start off by stating that you are absolutely, 100% whole heartedly, entitled to a refund. We never like hearing that any of our clients are unhappy with the services provided during the contractual relationship. We also make it very clear that if for any reason when you receive your contract that you are unhappy with it, change your mind, or even don't like the color ink we use on our contracts, we will issue you a full refund in an expedient manner. Apparently there was a delay in your refund process, have you received it yet?

A little bit more light on the blurry picture you painted. Our office is open M-F 9-9. Interval Realty is part of the travel, tourism, hospitality, as well as meeting planners guides in Orlando whose primary focus is companies and corporations returning every year to local hotels. We do cross promote our website (Your property) in national, regional as well as local publications. We do not just simply list your property and forget, we are with you till the property has been rented or sold. If that is your assessment of the services that my company provides it is a poor reflection of the company as a whole and I'm glad that you've given me the ability to explain a thing or two.

One more thing. You seem like a man who has done his research. Research one more thing and dig deep. You mentioned the fact that our name mirrors Interval Internation who you state is a reputable vacation network. Why don't you find out how many complaints this company has and maybe you'll understand why it wouldn't behoove us to be deceitful when contacting clients using the name Interval. Interval is time, just like your timeshare.....
