I received a phone call on Jan. 4, 2006 from a company, Interval Realty Services, to sell or rent my vacation ownership in Los Cabos, Mex.

They promised to advertise my property on the World Wide Web, print advertisements in local, regional and national publications. They also promised to direct e-mail advertising to 50.000+ timeshare buyers and renters in addition, they promised to direct marketing to travel agencies, airlines, car rental agengies and major corporations who travels to these resort destinations. Interval Realty also promised to send me a copy of most the above advertisments.

I have never seen any of the "promised" advertisements. And, the ad on the World Wide Web had the wrong picture and the wrong price of my listing.

I tried to call the company since January to speak to the Marketing Dir., John Jackson.(whom I spoke with in Jan.about how great his company was) He never called me back.

I finally spoke to the customer Service Manager, Lindsey Davis Feb. 17 to express my concerns about the lack of follow up and communication in the company.

They never changed the picture to the correct resort and they never changed the asking price.

Interval Realty took my advertising money and their services were not rendered. They are a scam. They lied to me and mislead me.

To this date I have tried to contact the marketing director, John Jackson to inform him that I want my money refuned to me. To this date I have not recieved a returned phone call from either he or Lindsey Davis, the customer service manager.

We have already responded to this customer and have resolved this quite some time ago.
