 Received Intex Purespa for Christmas with no bladder or cover. Emailed Intex right after Christmas to request the missing parts be shipped to me. Uploaded copy of receipt. Sit back. Wait patiently. No response to email so I make a call. Company recording says Intex is closed til January 4th 2017 for the holidays. Finally get email response. Intex said request couldn't be completed via email, call Custo me Service. Called CS and spoke with Christian. He asked for model # on base unit then put me on hold. Came back on and told me I needed to have contacted them within 15 days of purchase. I did. There was nobody in Intex's office til 1/4/17 but I DID send an email right after opening the item Christmas morning. I did not retain the box however. I explained to Christian that I did contact Intex within the 15 day warranty (joke!) period. He then tells me that I have to return it to the retailer I bought it from but he'd be happy to speak with them regarding my missing parts. What? Long pause. He says he's sorry and hangs up? Wtf?! If anyone is looking to form a class action lawsuit against these tools, please count me in.
