Complaint Review: Intex pools corporation

I purchased your pool about a month ago I leveled my property used sand a tarp and beams everything you said to use went out and noticed that grass has grown thru the tarp beams sand and into your liner of the pool. I called customer service because this is an issue why does grass grow through your liner of a very expensive pool?? They told me it was my issue and to deal with it my self. Just like that how rude!!! This is how you stand by your products?? I am so upset this wasn't cheap and it was brand new!!
