Recieved a letter from Spain advising me that I had won an International Lottery called El Gordo in April 2006 and the money was released in July 2006. Could have been a possibilty since I travel to Europe and play the Lotto. However; letter was printed with bad computer graphics and a generic bar code date of 01 01 2002 and I have never had to give my address to play the Lotto in Europe.

If you call the phone numbers someone will answer and ask for information from your letter and then ask you to call back in 45 min. well he confirms that you are a winner.

This goes along with other reports on the Intl. Lotto Commission. They are now sending letters through regular mail haveing changed amounts, claim numbers, name of company holding your money, and contact name. Letter does have an official European looking stamp with signature of Mr. Eduardo Juan Antonio. Processing will be done by Don Pedro Fernandez, manger of Stallon Security Company S.A. at Tel: 011 34 625 902 440.

Regardless of address, company names, individual names or phone numbers; Do Not Replay to any letters from the International Lotto Commisssion. They will have you wire them money or take it straight from your account when they want to.
