INTL LOTTO COMMISSION (AFFILIATED WITH ONCE ESPAPNA) ripoff MADRID SPAIN
I received a letter from "Don Edwardo Dickson, the foreign Service Manager for Pacific Security & Parcel Services Company, S.A. stating that I had won the intl lottery. $815,950.00
To me that is a LOT of money, the winning numbers are 13-15-16-21-34-36. the instructions were to call Mr. Dickson -- in Spain, for further instructions, on how to accept my winning money.
After several calls internationally, speaking to Mr. Dickson, he informed me to send $1,480.00 -in cash - thru a western union,to a Mr. James Daley, in Madrid Spain. I would receive further instructions when I called to inform him of the money being sent.
I went to my bank to get the cash, and while talking to the teller at the bank, she also had entered and won, was sent a check for $3,500.00. It proved to be a fraudulant check, written on a bank that was not even established. She couldn't even cash the check. YES
I felt strange as I left the bank. I did not go thru with the quest of sending the money to Mr. James Daley.
Please Don't Get Caught up in something that seems "TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE" most times it is not true.

"she also had entered and won, was sent a check for $3,500.00."
So you AND this bank teller both ACTUALLY entered a lottery in SPAIN?
I just hope you dont get slammed with 900 number like charges for all the internaional calls.
