I received a letter about th 13th May 2008 from the Intl. Lotto Commission stating that I was awarded a cash prize of 815,950.00 euros from a total prize 25,756,820.00 euros which was from the "Spanish Sweepstake Lottery International Program".
The letter continued on that my name was attached to ticket number-409-73-653-465-089 drew lucky numbers 00-30-42-19-4-54-26-7-36 that won the lottery in the 3rd category.
I had to contact my claim agent 'Don Victor R Gomez' quoting Reference number and Batch number not later than 30th May 2008 or the funds will be returned to Ministerio De econmia y Hacienda.
The reference and batch numbers had to be kept confidential as they were key to the claim.
Also I had to pay 5% commission to the claim agent as his fee.
I contacted the ' Senor Victor R Gomez' who had quite a heavy african accent, who told me I would receive a cheque from the bank , and I had to send a copy of passport or driving license before the cheque was sent out.
I did not send the documents, but when I phoned him again he told me in order to get the cheque released by the bank I had to send 850.00 by moneygram transfer to an accountant 'Moyo Pedro' asap. I found this very funny, as these fraudsters seem to be desperate in thier pursuit of fleecing people from their hard earned cash.

Do not give any information such as bank details or copies of any important documents to thes fraudsters.

I almost believed the claim agent 'Victor R Gomez' when he said I would receive a cheque in just a few days.

It was when the 'cheque did not arrive I became suspicious and called him again, then he said I had to send 850 for Bank charges in order for the cheque to be released.
